RAFI URBNSURF is looking for experienced and energetic Section Waitstaff to join our team at Sydney Olympic Park.

Part of Applejack Hospitality, RAFI URBNSURF brings the food, drinks and energy RAFI is known for to one of Sydney’s most unique locations — overlooking the waves at URBNSURF.

With a busy calendar of events, functions, group bookings and high-volume services ahead, we’re looking for confident section waiters who love hospitality, know how to own a section and thrive when things get busy.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be looking after your own section and creating brilliant guest experiences from start to finish — taking orders confidently, making recommendations, running food and drinks, managing multiple tables and working closely with our bar, kitchen and wider FOH team.

There’s also plenty of opportunity to work across our events and functions, so no two weeks need to look the same.

• Have previous section waiting experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
• Are confident managing your own section
• Have strong food and beverage knowledge
• Love talking to guests and creating memorable experiences
• Can work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Are reliable, positive and a genuine team player
• Have availability across evenings and weekends
• Hold a current NSW RSA
• Love hospitality and aren't afraid to get stuck in!
