Working in a team of passionate hospitality professional you'll be responsible for creating memorable experience and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

Bopp & Tone

Located in the heart of the CBD Bopp & Tone is Applejacks largest venue with a 220-seat restaurant and cocktail delivering a range of fabulous wines, cocktails, and sprits to a range of corporate VIP clientele, tourists and Sydney locals. The restaurant is named after the directors’ grandfathers and pay respect to Sydney in the 1950’s, offering a lived-in luxury feel and an old-world F&B concept. 

• 1 years’ experience in a customer service role working in a similar environment
• Interest in food and wine
• A good understanding of working a service in a busy restaurant/café
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
