We're looking for 2 experienced waitresses to join our floor team immediately.

This role is best suited to hospitality professionals with a strong à la carte background who are confident managing their own section and delivering polished service across lunch, dinner, functions and event services.

Located on Sydney Harbour, Cafe del Mar Sydney is an Ibiza-inspired rooftop destination combining a busy Mediterranean restaurant, premium beverage offering, private events, long lunches, pre-show dining, corporate functions and large-scale music events.

Only applicants with proven restaurant floor experience and strong à la carte service skills will be considered.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant environment
• Strong à la carte service experience
• Confident running a section independently
• Experience with long lunches, set menu service, group bookings and pre-show dinners
• Excellent food, wine and beverage knowledge
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
• RSA Certificate
• Availability across nights, weekends and event days
