The role will involve:

• Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week
• Maintaining familiarity with menu items, specials and guest profiles

We’re looking for a Waiter who:

• Is approachable and has the desire to challenge themselves within a professional team
• Has strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
• Has 1 year previous experience working in a standards focused restaurant or hotel
