About the role

Vito's is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Servers and Food Runners to join our team. We're building a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant where great food, drinks and genuine hospitality come together. We're looking for people who love being on the floor, work well as part of a team and understand that the small details make a big difference.

Key responsibilities - Section Waiters

• Own your section, guide guests through the menu, confidently talk food and drinks, and deliver warm, attentive service.

Key responsibilities - Bartenders

• Make cocktails, pour wine and serve drinks quickly and consistently to spec, while looking after bar guests and keeping up with service tickets for the floor.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean and organised, including prep, garnishes and closing duties. Serve alcohol responsibly in line with RSA requirements.

About you

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• Confident, positive and comfortable in a busy environment

• Strong communication and teamwork

• Genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality

• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

• Available nights and weekends

• Current NSW RSA for Server positions
