An exciting opportunity has come up for a Full-Time Venue Supervisor at our satellite venue Dural Club! As a sporting and recreation club, we are recognised for our welcoming atmosphere and ambience. Having begun as a small clubhouse, we have progressed over the years to keep up with the growing social, cultural, and sporting needs of our community. We are seeking a hands-on and driven individual, who strives to provide excellence in service and provide a welcoming environment to our members, guests, and fellow staff.

We are we looking for in our candidate?

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and supervise staff.
• A positive and motivated attitude to lead a team by example.
• Broad knowledge of all club operations including F&B & gaming.
• Outstanding customer service skills – providing a wonderful experience for our members and guests.
• Experience as a Supervisor/ Manager in a similar Club or Hospitality environment
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights, and public holiday.
