Applications are now being sought from interested parties to join our Casual Team for the following position:

• Venue Staff - Ushers, Gate Attendants, Corporate Attendants

You'll be: 

• Welcoming and assisting patrons and guests at turnstiles
• Ushering patrons and guests to seats
• Managing access control into nominated areas
• Providing a high level customer service to all patrons and guests
• Operating two – way radios 

• Experience

A minimum of 6 months's experience in a customer facing role.

• About You

 - You're a customer service superstar, with experience in a previous face to face customer service role.

 - You'll have excellent communication skills

 - Be able to identify potential problems and quickly find solutions

 - A strong work ethic, be willing to continually learn and work within an energetic team environment 

 - Have an immaculate sense of personal presentation and customer service smile

Be available to work weekday evenings and weekends

- Black trousers

- Plain black fully enclosed shoes and black socks

 - White Business Shirt

 Personal presentation must be immaculate at all times!
