Railway Wine, Highett is seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily operations, staff management, customer service, and venue performance while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere Railway Wine is known for. With the recent opening of our dedicated functions space, we're looking for a leader who can help take the venue to the next level by growing and delivering outstanding private events and functions.

What we're looking for:

• Proven hospitality management experience
• Experience operating a venue that hosts private functions and events
• A track record of driving function sales and developing event business
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent customer service focus
• Sound knowledge of venue operations, compliance, and stock control
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and the ability to identify and execute opportunities for venue growth
