Venue Manager – 27 South Brewing (Coorparoo)

Full-time | Lead our taproom + drive all events & activations

27 South Brewing has opened its brand-new taproom in Coorparoo, and we’re looking for a warm, energetic Venue Manager who lives and breathes community, creativity, and great beers.

If you love shaping a venue’s personality through events, collaborations, and clever activations, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

- Run day-to-day taproom operations 

- Build a welcoming, community-first vibe  

- Own our events calendar - live music, tap takeovers, pop-ups, collabs, fundraisers, themed nights  

- Dream up and deliver activations that bring the brand to life  

- Work with the Directors to build strong local partnerships with clubs, groups, producers, and neighbours  

- Champion our beers and seasonal releases  

- Keep service, stock, compliance, and budgets on point  

What You Bring

- Experience in bar/venue management (brewery experience a bonus)  

- A creative mind with a knack for events and community engagement  

- A hands-on, people-first leadership style  

- Strong organisational and communication skills  

- Current RMLV + RSA
