We are looking for qualified and experienced Trade Waiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience. An exciting career opportunity exists for a motivated Trade Waiter ready to take responsibility for a role in a fantastic venue with a close-knit team that really loves what they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, seat and serve guests, taking accurate orders and serving food/drinks.
  • Ensure the bookings platform is frequently checked and updated.
  • Clear and reset tables, maintain dining area presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Upsell specials and daily promotions.
  • Recommend food and beverage pairings.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback.
  • Assist bar and food runner duties when required.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff
Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate III in Hospitality
  • RSA/RSG certification (or willingness to obtain) and food handling knowledge.
  • Minimum of two years experience in the role.
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Have a solution-based mindset and an open and positive approach to team work.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
