We are on the hunt for experienced front of house, Bar staff and shift Supervisor to join our team, 10-30 hours per week depending on your level of knowledge/history and position. What The Roles Involve:

Supervisor -
Operational & Staff Supervision
Maintain productivity, morale, and adherence to lock‑up/security procedures.
Quality & Service Standards
Implement and uphold service procedures.
Ensure staff product knowledge and consistent customer service standards.
Identify improvement opportunities and manage customer complaints professionally.
Culture, Training & Performance
Ensure proper induction processes and effective communication across the team.
Coach, train, develop, and support staff.
Promote respectful, professional workplace behaviour.
Financial Control
Ensure accurate POS use, correct pricing, and proper cash/credit handling.
Oversee till balancing, staff timekeeping, and productivity.
Assist with stocktakes and minimise theft, wastage, and damage.
Management, Compliance & Reporting
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, communication, and time management.
Manage crises and conflict according to policy.
Delegate tasks and ensure completion.
Deliver KPIs, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Provide timely reporting on sales, stock, labour, and variances.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, awards, audits, RSA and First Aid requirements.
