JOB DESCRIPTION

Hop City Bar is opening early May, and we’re building a driven, professional kitchen team from the ground up.

This is a 200-seat, high-volume venue — and a genuine opportunity for chefs who want to step up, take ownership, and be part of something from day one.

 Positions Available:
• Sous Chef
• Line Chefs / Cooks

 Start Dates:
• Sous Chef: approx. 4 weeks from now (lead the setup, systems, and team development)
• Line Chefs: closer to opening

 About the Kitchen:
• High-volume, fast-paced service
• Simple, well-executed menu
• Strong focus on systems, prep, and consistency
