The Phoenix Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated service supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that thrives in a busy hospitality environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. 

As a service supervisor, you will support daily operations, oversee front of house service, and help ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. you will lead by example, assist with staff training and maintain high service standards at all times.

key responsibilities 

• supervise daily service and resolve any guest concerns 
• assist with staff training and rostering 
• provide exceptional service to patrons 
• ensure cleanliness, presentation and service standards are maintained 
• support the manager/ owner with operational duties 
• maintain compliance around the venue
• open and close the venue 

What are we looking for 

• pervious experience in table service in a busy bar or restaurant 
• string communication skills 
• positive attitude 
• flexible availability including weekends 
• RSA certificate is a must
