Mary’s is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our two adjoining venues, our burger bar and pizza shop. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving service standards, and owning the flow of service across both spaces.
You will be responsible for leading service in real time, ensuring both venues operate seamlessly while maintaining the energy and standards that define Mary’s. This role is predominantly FOH-focused, with a strong emphasis on leadership, team development, and creating memorable guest interactions.
