Ghanem Group own a number of award winning venues in Brisbane and Melbourne, including our Lebanese and Mediterranean inspired Restaurant and Bar, Byblos, located at Portside on the Brisbane River.
We’re looking for someone passionate, energetic and confident behind the bar, with solid cocktail experience and a sharp eye for detail.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring great energy to every shift and take pride in delivering consistently excellent drinks and service.
Night-shift availability is essential.
Reporting to the Venue Manager and Bar Manager, Bar Staff will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Full Time shifts available for the right candidate
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
2 Years Bartending Experience
1 Year Minimum Cocktail Expereince
Valid QLD RSA
Some shifts may require a finishing time past 11pm.
