WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid NSW RSA is essential
• Previous experience as a Section Waiter / Waitstaff in a busy hospitality environment
• Confidence independently managing and owning a section
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Comfortable taking orders, making recommendations and delivering a great guest experience
• Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive service
• Confident using POS systems
• Great communication skills and a genuine love of hospitality
• Reliable, professional and well-presented
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Availability across a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends is highly regarded
• Most importantly — someone who loves looking after people and wants to be part of a great team!
