Are you a passionate hospitality professional who loves delivering warm, efficient service in a fast-paced environment?
KUMO is an established Japanese restaurant housed in a magnificent mid-century building, open for dinner Tue-Sun and situated in the lively food and bar scene of Lygon Street Brunswick East.
We are looking for experienced section staff who are comfortable with running their own section to join our dynamic FOH team. Hours are flexible but do include Friday and Saturday nights. There is also opportunity to work in our other lunch/dinner venues should this be of interest.
You are confident, astute, and have a strong experience working in hospitality. Ideally, you have an appreciation of Asian cuisine, are familiar with state-of-the-art POS systems and enjoy interacting with patrons and providing memorable experiences. You have initiative and drive, like to get things done, and appreciate the that FOH always works best as a cohesive team.
