JOB DESCRIPTION

ROCKSTAR BARBACK – ONE-OFF SHIFT


Location: The Emerald Peacock, Rooftop Bar 
Time: Evening shift
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

 

The Emerald Peacock is looking for a reliable and efficient barback to support our bartending team during a one-off busy service. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, well-known rooftop venue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restocking the bar with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies
  • Assisting bartenders with preparation and service support
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
  • Collecting and washing glassware throughout the shift
  • General support to keep service running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team focus
  • Punctual, presentable, and ready to work
