The San Telmo Group is launching in Brisbane!

San Telmo is set to become a standout addition to Brisbane’s dining scene. Following the success of our flagship Melbourne venue, San Telmo Brisbane will be an Argentinian steakhouse centred around traditional asado cooking, premium produce, and bold, rustic flavours. Built on the warm, social nature of Argentinian dining, the venue will deliver a vibrant atmosphere and genuine South American hospitality.

With an experienced Restaurant Manager already in place, we’re now looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on role - suited to a leader who enjoys being on the floor, driving service standards and developing their team within a fast-paced, premium environment.

REQUIREMENTS

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at San Telmo Brisbane, your day to day will involve: 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team
  • Leading service from the floor to ensure smooth execution and high standards
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and training of FOH staff
  • Driving team development, performance and succession planning
  • Managing rostering to support a well-balanced, efficient team
  • Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
