JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our authentic Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for Italian hospitality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and authentic Italian dining experience
  • Manage bookings, staff rosters, and restaurant scheduling
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency
