The Role 

As Restaurant Manager of Chiswick, your role will report directly to the Head of Restaurants and will play a key leadership role within one of Sydney’s most iconic dining destinations. This is an opportunity to lead within a beautifully refined, produce-driven restaurant renowned for its seasonal menu, relaxed sophistication and exceptional hospitality.

Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, you will be responsible for all facets of restaurant management including service execution, team leadership, rostering, recruitment, staff development, training and supporting the financial performance of the business. With a hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality, you will ensure every guest experience reflects the warm, polished and welcoming atmosphere Chiswick is celebrated for.

Your attention to detail and care for the guest journey will be at the forefront of everything you do. From long lunches in the garden to intimate dinners and special celebrations, you will create memorable experiences through thoughtful service, strong leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality. Leading, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team, you will foster a culture built on professionalism, collaboration and genuine hospitality.

To hit the ground running, you will be an experienced Restaurant Manager who has worked within premium dining environments and understands how to balance polished service with approachable hospitality. Calm under pressure, highly organised and passionate about people, you bring strong operational expertise, exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead from the floor with confidence and warmth.
