The multi award-winning Eatons Hill Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Bar Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As Restaurant Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by:

• Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar

• Coaching and motivating a passionate team

• Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences

• Maintaining high presentation, service and operational standards

• Assisting with beverage initiatives, promotions and seasonal offerings

• Working closely with restaurant and venue leaders to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role

• A passion for hospitality, food, beverages and guest experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
