Following the successful launch of our two restaurants and a growing pipeline of new locations, we’re building a passionate marketing team to bring Wendy’s famous freshness, flavour and attitude to Australian customers.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support all areas of marketing with a focus on new store openings, social media and content, campaign execution, and reporting. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where you’ll help shape how Wendy’s shows up across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll work across the full marketing mix, including:
Restaurant openings & local area marketing: supporting launch plans, events, partnerships and community engagement
Social media & content management: planning calendars, briefing creators, publishing content and community interaction
Campaign coordination: helping deliver promotions, digital activity, POS and brand initiatives
Reporting & analysis: tracking performance, preparing reports and turning insights into action
Presentations & administration: preparing decks, updates and materials for internal stakeholders and partners
Working closely with operations, agencies and suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, loves being organised and wants real involvement in building a brand from the ground up.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
What We're Looking For
Marketing degree or relevant qualification
3–5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
Experience in QSR, food retail or multi-site brands (preferred)
Strong social media and content coordination skills
Comfortable with reporting, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive and detail focused
Genuine interest in food, culture and brand building
Willingness to travel domestically to support restaurant openings, events and local marketing initiatives
