Reporting directly to the licensee, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and running of this busy venue. This role is a full-time management position that will require you to be involved in staff training/leading, stock control, financial reconciliation and driving trade.
Please note, we are not seeking someone to sit in an office. While some aspects of this role will require you to be in the office, we are primarily seeking someone who will be on the floor, leading the team and creating positive and genuine interactions and experiences for our guests.
About You:
Mature-minded, driven and honest individual.
Able to confidently train and lead a team.
Passion for guest interaction and providing a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. Must have TAB/gaming experience.
Able to work full-time, shift-work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
You have a genuine passion for the industry and are seeking to pursue a career in hospitality.
Financial acumen and proficiency in MS office suite.
Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
RSA/ARCG required.
Previous management experience will be favourably looked upon, however those with ample hospitality experience looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
