We are on the lookout for an experienced barista to be part of a team that works hard and has fun.

About Us

At Amin’s, we’re more than a restaurant. We’re a butcher, a restaurant and a café all wrapped into one. Customers can pick their own premium halal meat, have it cooked to perfection, then finish off with a delicious Campos coffee or sweet treat. We’re modern, warm, and all about the experience.

What You'll Do

You will be the face of Amin’s. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Leading coffee creations at Amin's (beautiful coffee art is a must)
• Assisting in stock management and ordering, as required
• Taking orders, handling cash and POS transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in the dining area
• Resolving guest queries or issues with poise and empathy
• Assisting the team during busy peak service times
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and WHS / workplace safety standards

Ideal candidates will have

• Previous hospitality experience (restaurant/cafe)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in busy environments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good presentation, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
• Competence with POS / ordering systems
• Awareness / respect for food safety / hygiene practices
