We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our team at our Mt Cotton kitchen in a permanent part-time role. This role involves early morning shifts, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Typical Shifts
Monday to Friday
Approximately 5:30am – 10:00am / 11:00am
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finishing work early and having the rest of the day free.
Key Requirements
• Must be available for early morning shifts
• Own transport is essential due to location
• Ability to work autonomously
What You’ll Be Doing
• Food preparation and basic cooking
• Serving customers
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Following food safety procedures and kitchen systems
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Previous kitchen experience preferred (but not essential)
• Someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards
