We’re currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our growing business at Pastuso!
What you'll do
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen
• Run sections confidently during service and step up to lead shifts when required
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Recruit, train, support and develop junior kitchen team members while assisting with prep planning, stock control, and food safety compliance
