Café del Mar Sydney is looking for a confident, charismatic all-rounder who can own the door, light up the floor and bring serious energy to our VIP bottle service.

This isn’t a stand-at-the-door-and-smile role. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, support the floor during busy service and step into VIP bottle service for our biggest events and Saturday nights.

We want someone with personality, presence and genuine hospitality experience—someone who loves people, thrives in a buzzing venue and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP.

You’ll be:

• Welcoming guests and setting the vibe from arrival
• Managing reservations, seating and the door confidently
• Supporting the floor team wherever the action is
• Hosting VIP tables and delivering standout bottle presentations
• Bringing polished, positive energy to every shift

📍 Café del Mar Sydney — Darling Harbour

If you’ve got the experience, energy and presence to own this role, we want to meet you.

You’ll need:

• Previous hosting, premium hospitality or bottle-service experience
• Exceptional presentation and natural confidence
• A warm, bubbly and engaging personality
• The ability to stay sharp in a busy, high-energy environment
• Valid NSW RSA and strong weekend availability

Ongoing role with approximately 20–35 hours per week, including our major events and VIP nights during Music Events.
