About the Role

As a Bottle Service Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional VIP experience to our guests by providing premium bottle service with professionalism, personality and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver premium bottle service to VIP tables.
• Present bottles, mixers and garnishes to a high standard.
• Provide attentive and personalised service throughout the guest experience.
• Build genuine rapport with guests while maintaining a professional approach.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of VIP areas.
• Follow all RSA requirements and venue service standards.
• Contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that MAYA is known for.

About You

• Previous experience in bottle service, cocktail bars, nightclubs or premium hospitality venues is highly regarded.
• Confident, outgoing and well presented.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current Queensland RSA certificate.
• Availability to work evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
