Frankie’s Smokehouse in Woolloongabba is looking for another Host to join our team. We specialise in traditional low n slow cooking using our 8.5m offset smoker. We’re a casual dining restaurant but still offer full table service. Our hosts play an important part to our business, as you’re running a live booking diary throughout service all whilst meeting and greeting customers, managing the bookings and managing the turns. We move at a fast pace, but as much as one role can be important, it takes a total team effort to do what we do. 

To be successful for the role you must have the below qualities:

• Friendly service and a love for customers experiences 
• High organisational skills
• Thrive in busy environments 
• Calm and controlled manner 
• Love a good problem to solve; because our bookings diary can be like a good game of tetris between bookings, walkins, guests arriving early, guests arriving late 

Experience in a similar role is not required but if you can posses the qualities above, we can teach you all the necessary skills for the job.
