Marmont is looking for a polished, professional, and high-energy Host to lead our front-of-house experience. As the first person our guests see, you set the tone for the entire night.

The Role

You are the "air traffic controller" of the venue. You’ll manage the door, coordinate seating in a fast-paced environment, and ensure every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they walk in.

What We’re Looking For

• The Vibe: A warm, confident, and professional demeanor.

• The Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.

• The Tech: Experience with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) is a major plus.

• The Pro: Ability to juggle walk-ins, bookings, and floor flow in a high-volume setting.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar high-end or high-volume hospitality host role.

• Must be 18+ years of age.

• Impeccable grooming and presentation.

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
