JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate authentic Italian Head Chef to join an exciting new restaurant venture.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and creative chef to play a key role in launching a new business and bringing a fresh dining concept to life.

About the Role

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine and fine dining
  • Experience creating and designing full menus, including lunch and beverage offerings
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a full kitchen team
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Availability to work 6 days per week
  • Passion for quality food, creativity, and customer experience
