The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant focused on great food, clean systems and warm, efficient service. We’re building a strong opening team and want people who show up on time, work hard, and look after each other during busy services.

Title: Multiple Hospitality Roles – Front of House 

Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD 4006.

Employment type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time.

Pay: Award rates + penalties + super (aligned to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award and applicable minimum wages/penalties).

Roles available (choose one or more when you apply)

1) Dishwasher / Kitchen Staff (Kitchen Hand)

  • Dish washing, maintaining a clean/organised kitchen, basic prep, waste management, assisting cooks/chefs during service.

2) Cook

  • Line cooking and prep, portion control, plating to spec, stock rotation, food safety, teamwork during busy services.

3) Grill Person (Grill Cook / Grill Station)

  • Operate and manage the grill station during service, cook proteins/veg to spec and timing, maintain grill cleanliness and safe temperatures, coordinate with expo/FOH, prep and restock station, follow recipe and portion standards.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for

  • Positive attitude, punctuality and clear communication.

  • Ability to work nights/weekends and handle busy periods.

  • Hospitality experience preferred (grill experience highly regarded), but training available for the right people.

  • Strong hygiene/food safety habits and a “clean as you go” mindset.

Requirements (as applicable)

  • Working rights in Australia.
