Albion Hotel is on the lookout for a glassie/ bar back to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity to join a great team in an amazing venue, in a great company. In the heart of Parramatta city, the Albion Hotel is a Western Sydney institution and an enduring icon. With a focus on guest experience, we are a venue with a high paced working environment.  

Our Ideal Candidate will have a love for : 

• Late nights, loud music and a lively atmosphere 

• Friday and Saturday nights, with approximately 12-15 hours of availability across both nights.  

• Picking up additional shifts when available. With Silly season fast approaching, there will be plenty of opportunities to pick up shifts.  

• Creating a strong sense of community and making the guest feel welcome 

• Working as part of a close-knit team where everyone pitches in and supports each other 

• Working in a fast-paced environment. 

• Learning new skills and growing within the venue – RSA is required, while RCG is not essential but can provide opportunities to learn and work across other areas.  

• Taking the next step in hospitality, with potential opportunities to move into the bistro and/ or bartender roles.  

• Holding a valid visa with Australian working rights.
