The opportunity
As the General Manager - Food & Beverage, you will hold overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality F&B services across the YHA network. You will provide strategic leadership, operational excellence and financial oversight while driving the development of new offerings and market leading experiences.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with broad influence, combining operational management with strategic planning, team development and creative innovation.
Working closely with the General Manager Operations, the leadership team and our property teams you will take responsibility for building and developing
Lead operational excellence
Manage financial and strategic performance across all F&B outlets
Develop, mentor, and train diverse teams
Oversee quality, safety, and compliance
Collaborate on projects with internal and external stakeholders
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
