We are seeking an experienced, confident, authentic and customer focused individual with a passion for Gaming.
Your duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
Leading and training gaming attendants
Rectifying gaming machine faults
Assisting with membership queries and sign-ups
Ensuring compliance with our AML/CTF policies and procedures
Ensuring overall room ambience, presentation and cleanliness is maintained
General bar duties
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
You will have:
Previous experience as a Gaming Attendant or Supervisor
Current ARCG, RSA and RCG certifications
Flexibility and available to work across 7-days, rotating roster including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
