We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Bartender / Cocktail Specialist to join our professional Food & Beverage team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards our members and guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, beers, and beverages to a high standard.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant, events, and management teams.
• Support bar operations across a variety of functions and events.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy bar environment.
• Demonstrated cocktail knowledge and strong mixology skills.
• Current Queensland RSA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience within a restaurant, club, hotel, or events venue will be highly regarded.

This position is based on a Wednesday to Sunday roster
