About Us

At Amin’s, we’re more than a restaurant. We’re a butcher, a restaurant and a café — all wrapped into one. Customers pick their own premium halal meats, then we cook them to perfection, serving up signature grills, burgers, wings and more — and finish off with Turkish tea, coffee or a sweet treat from our display cabinet. We’re modern, warm, and all about the experience.

What You'll Do

You will be the face of Amins. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating customers with warmth and professionalism
• Taking orders, assisting customers with our 'Choose your own meat' model
• Serving food & drinks, clearing tables
• Handling cash, POS and managing orders through our delivery partners
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation in our store
• Resolving guest queries or issues with poise and empathy
• Assisting the team during busy peak service times
• Upholding food safety, hygiene, and WHS / workplace safety standards

Ideal candidates will have

• Previous hospitality experience (restaurant/cafe)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in busy environments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good presentation, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
• Competence with POS / ordering systems
• Awareness / respect for food safety / hygiene practices
• Bonus: barista experience is desired, but not required as training will be provided
