The Plough Inn is looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to help lead service in one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality venues.

We're looking for someone managers can rely on to run the floor, support the team, solve problems on the go and make sure every guest leaves with a great experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the floor during busy service periods
• Keep service running smoothly across the venue
• Coach and support the team throughout each shift
• Deliver great customer experiences and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with venue leaders to maintain high service standards
• Lead by example every shift

You'll Bring

• Experience leading front of house in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue
• Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• A calm, organised approach under pressure
• A current RSA
• Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
