About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House / Floor Staff to join our team on a casual basis.
You’ll be the face of Belly Bao, delivering warm, attentive service in a high-energy, fast-paced dining room. Whether you’re running food, taking orders, mixing drinks, or greeting regulars, your goal is to make sure every guest has a great dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting guests with a warm welcome, seating tables, and managing reservations.
Taking food and drink orders with strong knowledge of our menu, specials, and dietary requirements.
Running food, clearing tables, and ensuring smooth, efficient table turns during busy services.
Handling basic beverage service (serving beers, wines, and simple cocktails/mixes).
Operating POS systems, handling bill splits, and processing payments.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining area and service station.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 1+ years of casual dining or fast-paced hospitality floor experience preferred.
Certification: Must hold a current, valid NSW RSA.
Availability: Flexible availability across evenings, weekends (Friday to Sunday), and public holidays.
Attitude: High energy, proactive, calm under pressure, and a natural team player with strong communication skills.
Location: Ideally living locally in the Inner West or with reliable transport for late finishes.
