The Venue
Byblós was the first restaurant opened by the Ghanem Group 16 years ago, bringing a premium Middle Eastern dining experience to Brisbane. Over the past few months, the space has been beautifully redesigned with plush seating, private dining nooks, and a stunning riverfront alfresco area—perfect for groups and events. It’s a luxurious yet welcoming venue, reopening with a refreshed approach to its menu. From vibrant mezze to hearty mains, and refreshing twists on our signature Lebanese Lemonade, we’re excited to offer something truly special.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Food and Beverage Attendants with strong knowledge of Food Running to help deliver exceptional front-of-house service!

Pass Master: As a Pass Master, you will be working very closley with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure that all food is being delivered to the right table and each dish is being explained correctly, highlighting our dishes and explaining the flavours on Lebanon. Reporting to Venue Manager, you will work closely with all aspects on the venue to ensure that our food is highlighted in the customer expereince.
