An exciting opportunity is available in our Food & Beverage department to join our team in our one-of-a-kind event space for select private functions, and for guests of The Hotel Britomart - The Libraries. We are seeking a capable and suitably experienced professional to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of Food and Beverage Attendant. 

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Food and Beverage and events expert to join the team. You will thrive on immersing yourself in the brand, hotel and events operation and be proud to be part of The Hotel Britomart team.

Reporting to The Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for delivering New Zealand’s most premium private dining and events experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A natural passion for top class food and beverage and up to date with current trends.
• A proven performance record with at least one year experience in a hotel or lodge related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced performance driven environment – you inspire those around you by excelling in your role.
• A great sense of style and immaculate presentation and grooming.
