We are looking to recruit Food & Beverage all-rounders to join a small team of fun, passionate and dynamic professionals supporting Food and Beverage team at View Melbourne. This position is ideal for a passionate and motivated Food and Beverage professional who is interested in providing amazing food and beverage experiences.

Barista and cocktail experience preferred

This Position is for Australian residents only or applicants who have the legal right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship opportunities are not available.

The successful candidate will possess

• Previously working at hotels and familiar with hotel operations, a plus.
• Banqueting knowledge is a plus.
• Basic Barista knowledge is needed
• Basic bar skills is needed
• High Energy
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Attention to detail and a passion for customer service;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
• High standard of personal presentation;
• Valid RSA certificate;
• Previous experience in similar environment highly regarded but not essential
• Available to work various shifts, weekends and public holidays.
