We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team at Bisou-Bisou!

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory and management experience, along with a strong background in hospitality. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front of House staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee service standards, food and beverage quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash-ups, POS systems, stock levels, and venue cleanliness.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Take initiative during quieter periods by staying productive, supporting the team, and maintaining venue standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example and keep the team motivated.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
