The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a Greek-Mediterranean restaurant focused on great food, clean systems and warm, efficient service. We’re building a strong opening team and want people who show up on time, work hard, and look after each other during busy services.
Title: Multiple Hospitality Roles – Front of House
Location: Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD 4006.
Employment type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time.
Pay: Award rates + penalties + super (aligned to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award and applicable minimum wages/penalties).
Front of House (FOH)
Greeting guests, taking orders, running food, table service, POS handling, keeping the dining area clean and presentable.
What we’re looking for
Positive attitude, punctuality and clear communication.
Ability to work nights/weekends and handle busy periods.
Hospitality experience preferred but training available for the right people.
Strong hygiene/food safety habits and a “clean as you go” mindset.
Requirements (as applicable)
Working rights in Australia.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
