JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Front of House team member to join us at Three Little Birds in Kangaroo Point.

We’re a busy, fast-paced café, so we need someone who can work well under pressure while still giving every customer great service. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes initiative and can see what needs doing without always having to be asked.
 

  • Friendly, confident and great with customers
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Able to take orders and confidently use a POS system
  • Running food and drinks efficiently
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Keeping the front of house clean, organised and presentable
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Able to multitask and prioritise during busy periods
  • Willing to help with dishes, cleaning and general café duties when required
  • Available for early morning and weekend shifts
  • Most importantly, someone with a great attitude who genuinely enjoys hospitality
