A newly opened restaurant located just on the cusp of the valley is looking to expand its ranks bringing in experienced bartenders into our tight knit group!
Italia lane is a 120 Italian restaurant with a robust wine list, 13 taps and a beautiful food seasonal food menu.
We're semi fine dining and looking for personality over skill. Looking for someone who knows their way around a cafe/bar including knowledge on classic cocktails.
Ideally looking for someone that can be universal in the role and we're more then happy to work around schedules if need be!
Latest we trade is 10pm on a Friday/Saturday otherwise 9pm.
