Liberty Hall is one of Sydney's premier live music and events venues, located at Moore Park. Sitting in the shadow of the Hordern Pavilion, Liberty Hall offers an intimate yet high-capacity space known for exceptional acoustics and a program spanning headline tours, club nights, and private events.

The role

A hands-on, varied casual position focused on keeping Liberty Hall in top shape before and after events. This isn't an events night role - it's the work that makes events possible and the recovery that follows them.

You'll be across:

• Cellar duties - beverage stock management
• Venue resets after shows - floor, bars, dressing rooms
• Setting up and packing down crowd barriers and event infrastructure
• Maintaining storage areas and back-of-house spaces
• In-house laundry (towels, linen)
• General maintenance - painting, light repairs, ongoing upkeep
• Liaising with suppliers and trades on site

Who we're looking for

• Someone who takes pride in a well-run, well-maintained space
• Hands-on and comfortable with tools, basic maintenance, and painting - you don't wait to be shown twice
• Able to work independently and get things done without being micromanaged
• Comfortable with irregular hours - early mornings and post-show days are part of the rhythm
• Current forklift (LF) and scissor lift (EWP) licences - both preferred
• Experience in a venue, hospitality, or facilities environment is a plus
• Cellar experience is highly regarded
