About the Opportunity

Hotel Terminus is set to return to South Brisbane in late May 2026, bringing new life to the iconic Fox Hotel site while celebrating its rich heritage.

This landmark redevelopment will transform the venue into a dynamic, four-level destination for dining, events and entertainment — blending Brisbane history with a bold, contemporary hospitality experience.

We are now seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate hospitality professionals across  Back of House (BOH) roles at Supervisor level and below, including Chef de Partie and below, to join our opening team.

About the Venue

The new Hotel Terminus will feature:

  • A vibrant ground floor with a restored long bar, Fish Lane entrance, 18-metre atrium, relaxed bistro, gaming lounge and bottle shop

  • A first floor with versatile event spaces and a private dining room

  • The Vixen Room — a late-night lounge with cocktails, snacks, DJs and live music

  • The Fox Rooftop — an open-air rooftop with city views, designed for energetic day-to-night experiences

This is more than a reopening — it’s the rebirth of a Brisbane icon.

Key Responsibilities (BOH Focus)

  • Prepare and set up your section with efficiency and attention to detail

  • Execute dishes to Ghanem Group standards with consistency and care

  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and food safety compliance

  • Support smooth service across multiple outlets and service styles

  • Assist with stock control, minimising waste and maintaining quality

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and mentor junior staff where appropriate
