JOB DESCRIPTION

WAITSTAFF //  MOONHOUSE //  COMMUNE GROUP

Located in Balaclava and part of the Commune family (Firebird, Hanoi Hannah, Tokyo Tina, and Studio Amaro), Moonhouse is on the hunt for experienced hospitality legends to join the team.

We’re looking for strong section waiters with bartending experience—or a genuine desire to learn. Confidence across both floor and bar is highly valued.


Availability:

  • Flexible availability preferred

  • Wednesday–Friday dinner service

  • Saturday & Sunday lunch + dinner shifts

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong team mindset

  • Confident floor presence and solid service skills

  • Excellent communication with the ability to perform under pressure

  • Good product knowledge (wine, spirits & cocktails)

  • Experience with functions, events, or hosting is a bonus
